Special Projects Operations

KLJ Consulting has recently expanded its service offering and developed several capabilities to enable us to provide a more comprehensive and complete Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics consulting service. To cater to this need KLJ Consulting has created Special Projects Operations and has acquired additional highly skilled and expert resources to deliver effective solutions. Special Projects will include:

National Logistics Network Studies;

Procurement functions such as outsourcing, operational requirements, goods & service provision and transport services;

• Collective leveraging procurement opportunities;
• Tender response preparation;
• Contract reviews and preparation;
• Warehouse operational reviews and design; and
• Transport studies and fleet optimisation.

Such special projects need specific skill sets that are required only on a periodic basis and would not normally be maintained as a permanent internal resource. KLJ Consulting maintains resources with the required skill sets. We do not require clients to provide dedicated office space or permanent or semi-permanent resources unless the project requires temporary or permanent secondment of KLJ Consulting personnel.
