Rio Tinto and its joint venture partners have developed the Clermont Mine as a replacement coal source for the Blair Athol Mine which is reaching the end of its economic life.  Clermont Mine will produce up to 12.2 million tonnes of high quality thermal coal each year with full capacity being reached in 2013.  KLJ Consulting Group provided personnel to perform on-site contracts management for the period November 2007 to July 2009.  KLJ Consulting’s educated and qualified personnel successfully completed contract administration services for our client including major contracts in the following areas:
