KLJ Consulting provided assistance to Schenck Australia for the design and supply of a coal preparation plant for the Shangshenjian Coal Mine in China.  All components were required to be designed, manufactured and shipped to the client in modular form to facilitate ease of construction at the mine site.

KLJ Consulting provided expertise for the management of the manufacture, supply and delivery of modularised equipment for the plant.  KLJ Consulting’s scope included the management, scheduling, procurement and contract administration and expediting.  KLJ Consulting provided supervision for packaging and transport of the modular components from Sydney.
