Project: 101 Collins Street Mast Repair

101 Collins Street has been constructed as a prestigious high rise commercial building in the Melbourne CBD.  This building supports a 70 meter high tower which houses telecommunications equipment. During commissioning of the tower structure, serious fatigue damage was discovered in the mast support steelwork.  Urgent remedial works were required to ensure that the mast did not collapse.

This work was undertaken by personnel who have since joined the KLJ Consulting Group. Stabilisation and remedial works for the mast were expeditiously and successfully completed.
