The Lonsdale Street and Little Lonsdale Street Bridge Project was part of the AUD$1.5B Melbourne Central Project.  It provided two separate pedestrian links - a two level pedestrian bridge over Lonsdale Street, between Myers Melbourne and the new Daimaru shopping complex, and a single level pedestrian bridge over Little Lonsdale Street within the Melbourne Central complex.

The scope of work involved project management and engineering including responsibility for negotiation, award and administration of supply orders and contracts, manufacture of main assemblies, installation of bridge sections and delivery into operation.  Difficulties associated with the management of approvals from authorities and business owners, planning and scheduling for transport and erection provided some of the hurdles required to be resolved to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project.
