Since the formation of the Company in 1999, KLJ Consulting has provided business support to many clients.  We have developed business systems and procedures to facilitate improved contracts management.

We have developed a methodical attitude to our procedures for project management, tendering & contract negotiation and contract administration.  Prepared management plans to provide a systematic approach to our procurement strategy and risk management is our domain.

Database systems have been developed at KLJ Consulting by our own experienced people to ensure that useful and genuine solutions can be obtained.  These systems are user friendly and have been developed to adequately provide information and data to meet the needs of our clients.  Our Contract Monitoring System maintains the management of Warranty & Defects Liability Issues and our Document Management System "DocTrak" effectively manages document control and distribution.
