KLJ only collects personal information that is necessary for us to perform our functions or develop and promote our services.

The only personal information we collect via our website is what you volunteer to provide to us, such as when you complete an online form or when you send us an email.

Accessing your personal information
You generally have a right to access the personal information we hold about you upon written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to process your request within a reasonable time and may charge a fee for more complex requests to provide access. Any fee charged will be based on the reasonable cost to us in meeting your request. We will take reasonable steps to secure your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. However, as far as is permissible by law, KLJ accepts no responsibility for unauthorised access to the personal information we hold.
